Your facility is still able to keep certain days or times aside for community use or "non bookable times". We typically see this in schools where during term time no lettings are allowed before 6pm or in community centres where 1 day a week is traditionally for community use only. 9am - 10pm
We are open Monday-Sunday 9am-10pm this means we get back to customers quickly and efficiently but also are able to take last minute bookings and respond to enquiries in a fashion that allows for increased revenue.
Staffing & security
Staffing can be provided. This will include unlocking and locking all facilities, ensuring any issues are logged, turning lights on and off.
Ensuring the health and safety of all participants. All our staff are DBS checked. If you have staffing in place then please do let us know.
Complete monthly reports and meetings. Traditionally your facilities manager will meet with you once a month reporting the revenues.
